ICTV currently has nine directors representing both coastal and central remote communities around Australia. Directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting of the company, and directors must have been a member of ICTV for a minimum of 12 months.  Directors hold their office for a three year period.

The last AGM was held on October 12, 2010 on Thursday Island.  ICTV welcomes three new directors: Francis Kelly, Henry Augustine and Jennifer Enosa.  We thank outgoing directors Noel Sampi and Bernadette Angus for the commitment and contributions over the last two years.
