ICTV is a public company limited by guaranteed. ICTV currently has ten directors representing both coastal and central remote communities around Australia. Directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting of the company, and directors must have been a member of ICTV for a minimum of 12 months.  Directors hold their office for a three year period.

The last AGM was held on October 4, 2011 at Umuwa on the AP Lands in South Austalia. Previous AGMs were held on Thursday Island, Darwin, Yuendumu, Warakurna and Balgo.

ICTV welcomesnew director Simon Japangardi Fisher from Yuendumu.  Simon works for PAW Media & Communications and is a founding member of ICTV.
